Highball glass

INGREDIENTS

• 45mls Gin (Aviation or something with an Anise note preferably)
• 30mls Soda Press Co Cassis (Blackcurrant Bliss) Soda Mix
• SodaStream Sparkling Water
• Mint leaves

 METHOD

1. Place ice in the glass and add sparkling water, leaving space at the top for the other ingredients.  

2. Slowly pour in the alcohol and the soda mix.  Then top the glass with more ice and a little more sparkling water if needed. 

3. Garnish with a modest sprig of mint, giving it a little clap between your hands to lift the aroma. Fresh blackcurrants or juniper berries would also work to garnish this drink.
