Refunds

We are happy to address any queries you have assuming a proof of purchase is required in the form of a purchase receipt, bank statement or confirmation email you would have received when ordering online. This also applies for items you may have received as a gift.

Faulty / Spoiled Items?

We take great pride in everything we do and are just as disappointed as your Soda Press Bottle you receive is compromised in anyway. Please call our Customer Team on 02 9300 0104 or email hello@sodapressco.com where one of our Customer Team will be happy to offer assistance where applicable. After contacting Soda Press Co, if your product is deemed faulty/spoiled we're happy to replace the item under our 1 month replacement window. It is really important to quote the online reference or produce a copy of your purchase receipt.

Received the wrong item or have a different number to that you have ordered?

If you think you’ve received the wrong item or part of your order is missing then please contact our customer Team on 02 9300 0104 or email hello@sodapressco.com.

Time from order to delivery?

Over 99% of arrive within 3-4 working days (For Australia and New Zealand) and 1-2 weeks (for the rest of the world). If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks (For Australia and New Zealand) or more than 3 weeks (for the rest of the world) you are entitled for a full refund of the entire amount paid. If we can however prove that the goods have been delivered, no refund will be offered and you may wish to provide a case for appeal.
