INGREDIENTS

  • 45ml Canadian whiskey
  • 30ml Soda Press Co Ginger Ale Soda Mix
  • 20ml Espresso coffee
  • SodaStream Sparkling Water
  • Lime wedge

 METHOD

1. Ice the glass, add sparkling water, leaving space at the top for the other ingredients. 

2. Slowly pour in the whiskey and the soda mix then top the glass with more ice and a little more sparkling water if needed. Garnish with a lime wedge.
