IDEAL GLASS

Highball glass

INGREDIENTS

30mls Whiskey (Irish, Rye, Bourbon, Canadian, anything really will work in this)
30mls Soda Press Co Crisp Apple Soda Mix
Apple or pear slice
Ice
SodaStream sparkling water
Vanilla pod (optional)

METHOD

1. Ice the glass, add sparkling water and leave space at the top for the other ingredients.

2. Slowly pour in the whiskey and the soda mix then top the glass with more ice and a little more sparkling water if needed.

3. Garnish with an apple or pear slice, or even a pod of vanilla.
